After moving to Wise County, Texas to build a house, we were exposed to the local predilection for FORCING residents to install the most profitable Septic systems…. The one that has a air pump running 24/7 on your electric bill….The one that has a high pressure pump and a high pressure repair bill… The one that OFTEN dumps raw sewage ON TOP of your yard for the kids to play in…..the one that YOU CANNOT LEGALLY SERVICE YOURSELF.

While building our house we were lucky enough to stumble across a registered Geo-technical Engineer who chose to SOLVE THE PROBLEM rather than force-feed bad policy. Mr. James Sims (Tarrant County) designed a Low Pressure Dosing system for us that has worked FLAWLESSLY. It is very simple understand (below grade gravel system with a ¼ HP low pressure pump), and very difficult to install (1220 feet of 1 inch lateral line).
